Rooms at the hotel have a balcony with a view of the surrounding Alpine landscape, which is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony, I felt like I was in a real-life painting of a winter wonderland. The pine trees surrounding the hotel added to the magical atmosphere, making my stay truly unforgettable.
Shower lacks hot water.

Nothing to complain about, I had a good stay and would come here again. Exceptionally clean and decent hotel with nice location to the ski area, just what I needed. Location: the property was not far from the gondola, the main slope and the town centre and ski lifts. Ate at The Red Dragon, it's not too far from the venue.

Our room on the 4th floor was mind-blowingly spacious with a jaw-droppingly big bathroom! The room temperature was super cozy, keeping us warm during our stay. The view of the forest from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the Yastrebets Gondola and 500m from the village center. The breakfast buffet was in line with a 3-star hotel, offering a variety of delicious options. We loved the convenience of the ski room depot in the basement, making it easy to store our equipment. The staff, especially the owner, were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. It was a pleasant surprise to find Tetley tea bags in the dining room, perfect for us English breakfast lovers. The hotel's location was fantastic, with the main ski lift and bars all within a 7-minute walk. We were impressed by the hotel's value for money, offering great amenities at a reasonable price. The breakfast provided for free was good and gave us a solid start to our days. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms kept us connected throughout our stay.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, sauna, and ski storage. The staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay, and I remember that. Can't wait to return for Christmas!
